1. Products
We offer a curated selection of luxury fashion items sourced through our supplier. We make every effort to present our products accurately, including descriptions, images, and pricing. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
3. Placing an Order
By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund if payment has already been taken.
Please review your order carefully before confirming, as modifications may not always be possible once an order is accepted.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will always be the price shown at the time your order was placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Prices do not include customs duties or import taxes for deliveries outside the EU, which remain the responsibility of the customer.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the information provided is accurate and complete.
All transactions are processed securely. Elitiqua does not store your payment details.
6. EU Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers based in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without needing to provide a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@elitiqua.com within this period.
Returns must meet the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving and approving the returned item.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to pre-owned or preloved items.

All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Sale and can be found on our website.
8. Delivery
Delivery times and shipping conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from a purchase made on Elitiqua shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.
